Launch.
Padstow.
Up river to Wadebridge.
The native suppresses her exasperation as Ray Mears mutters to the camera, I've got the 'Round the tree' bit now...
Down river: let's sail.
Mooring up at Rock.

Visit to the cove: my mooring rock, an old lifeboat station, a cave.
